We hope you are thrilled with your Duckie Brown purchase. If, by any chance, you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will gladly take it back and issue a refund or exchange. We will process your request under the following terms and conditions:

  • Please email us at within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns must be shipped back to Duckie Brown.

  • Purchases under $500 will be subject to a 25.00 $USD restocking fee. Purchases over $500 will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise total, exclusive of fees (tax, duties, shipping, etc.)
  • All items must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging.
  • Any used, damaged, or altered items, or anything Duckie Brown considers questionable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Please pack your return carefully – we are not responsible for damage or loss for return shipments. We highly recommend you ship with a service that provides tracking and insurance.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any insurance.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of merchandise and any applicable sales tax, less restocking fee, only. Shipping and handling, VAT, duty fees, etc. are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If the shipping box appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, please note the damage to the courier and decline the shipment. If any item you receive is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and email photos of the shipping box and the damaged item(s) and we will help to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


If you receive an item that is defective, please email us at  within two days from date of delivery with photos of the item. If we deem the item defective, we will replace it as soon as possible.


If your shipment is missing an item(s), please first refer to your Confirmation Email. Items on backorder will be shipped separately when they are available. If you are missing non-backorder items you were charged for, please contact  as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
